Atomoxotil 10mg Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (a behavioral disorder in children marked by poor concentration, hyperactivity, and learning difficulties). It helps to improve attention span, concentration and reduces impulsive behavior.

Atomoxetine hydrochloride tablets are a non-stimulant medication primarily used to treat Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children, teenagers, and adults. By inhibiting the reuptake of norepinephrine, it increases attention and reduces impulsiveness and hyperactivity, often as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. 

Clavulanate tablets (usually combined with amoxicillin) are prescription antibiotics used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections by killing bacteria and inhibiting resistance. Glimepiride, Sitagliptin, and Metformin Hydrochloride tablets are a combination medication used to treat Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus when diet, exercise, and single agents do not provide adequate glycemic control. It works by stimulating insulin production (Glimepiride), increasing incretin levels to boost insulin (Sitagliptin), and reducing glucose production in the liver while improving insulin sensitivity (Metformin).

Mebendazole tablets are a broad-spectrum anthelmintic medication used to treat various intestinal parasitic worm infections in adults and children over two years old. It works by inhibiting tubulin polymerization in the worms, causing them to lose energy and die. Common infections treated include pinworm, roundworm, hookworm, and whipworm. 

Oxybutynin chloride tablets are a prescription antispasmodic medication used to treat overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms, including frequent or urgent urination, incontinence, and nocturia, by relaxing bladder muscles. They are also used for treating nocturnal enuresis (bed-wetting) in children over 5 years old. 

Artemether/lumefantrine is a highly effective 3-day, 6-dose oral combination therapy used to treat acute, uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria in adults and children (typically $\ge$5 kg). It works by rapidly reducing parasite counts (artemether) and clearing remaining parasites (lumefantrine). It must be taken with food, ideally fatty food or milk, to maximize absorption. 

Acotiamide hydrochloride tablets are used to treat functional dyspepsia (indigestion), relieving symptoms like bloating after meals, upper abdominal pain, early fullness (feeling full quickly), nausea, and burping by improving stomach muscle contractions and food movement. It's a gastroprokinetic agent that increases acetylcholine, helping food pass from the stomach to the intestine faster, and is usually taken before meals as directed by a doctor.

 Artemether + Lumefantrine is a combination of two antiparasitic medicines: Artemether and Lumefantrine, which treats malaria.
